Care
Furniture Care & Maintenance
To keep your furniture looking its best and lasting for years, regular care and maintenance are essential. Follow these simple guidelines to preserve the beauty, structure, and finish of your pieces:
- Use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust. Avoid feather dusters, which can scratch delicate surfaces.
- Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause fading, discoloration, or cracking. Place furniture away from windows or use curtains/blinds to minimize exposure.
- Place coasters, trivets, or felt pads under hot dishes, drinks, and decorative objects to protect the surface from heat and moisture.
- Wipe spills as soon as they occur to prevent stains or water damage. Use a mild soap solution for sticky spots, and dry the area completely.
- Wood furniture responds to changes in humidity. Use a humidifier in dry conditions and a dehumidifier during damp seasons to prevent warping or splitting.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, ammonia, or silicone-based polishes. Always test cleaning solutions on an inconspicuous area first.
- Periodically check and tighten screws, bolts, and other hardware to ensure structural stability.
By following these steps, you’ll ensure your furniture remains a cherished part of your space for years to come.
Design
Thoughtful Furniture Design
Our furniture is designed with a balance of function, aesthetics, and craftsmanship — ensuring each piece brings both beauty and purpose to your space.
- We blend modern lines with classic materials to create designs that remain stylish across seasons and trends. Each silhouette is intentional, with an emphasis on elegance, proportion, and simplicity.
- Beyond visual appeal, our furniture is built to serve. Whether it's smart storage solutions, ergonomic support, or modular adaptability, we consider how each item enhances everyday life.
- From solid woods to high-performance fabrics, every material is carefully selected for its durability, texture, and sustainability. This focus ensures long-lasting value and tactile richness.
- Every detail, from joints to finishes, is executed with precision. We work with skilled artisans and manufacturers to ensure each piece meets high standards of quality and care.
- Our collections are made to suit a wide range of interiors. Whether you're designing a minimal apartment, a cosy family space, or a bold commercial setting, our furniture adapts without compromising style.
Good design is not just seen - it’s felt. It’s in how a chair supports you, how a table invites gathering, and how a piece becomes a part of your life.

Delivery Insurance – Please Read Carefully
All deliveries are insured at no extra cost. To ensure coverage:
- You must check all boxes before signing for delivery.
- If there is any visible damage, sign as DAMAGED.
- Do NOT sign unchecked or "check later" — this voids the insurance.
- If the item is damaged but packaging appears fine, you must photograph the packaging and retain it until the issue is resolved.
- Discarding the packaging before confirming the item’s condition may prevent us from replacing it under insurance.
I love this bed – it’s great quality for the price, and the storage space is perfect for my small flat. However, the assembly instructions were very vague, relying only on images that missed important details. For instance, the metal rod for the mattress base had holes on one side and was smooth on the other. The instructions showed the smooth side facing up, but in reality, the side with holes needed to face upwards. We installed it wrong, not realizing until later when we couldn’t fit the wooden frames because there were no holes. One screw was also over-tightened, and we were lucky to get it out and fix the mistake.Additionally, the spring arms seemed broken at first because they didn’t move. After several attempts and applying a lot of pressure, they finally started working. The takeaway: be prepared to apply significant pressure or make multiple attempts to get the spring arms working.Once assembled, though, the bed is fantastic.

I highly recommend this bed if you need storage space. The whole footprint of the bed is storage. Ideal for bedding, winter or summer wardrobe, shoes or even craft supplies. It lifts and shuts easily. So glad I read in the reviews it will only lower with the mattress in place. I managed to assemble it by myself. Relatively easy.

very easy to build, looks nice, been using for a week now and had no issues. very comfortable, sturdy and has loads of storage space on the inside (just note that you can’t store things that are too tall - I’d say anything taller than approx 10cm in height won’t fit). but overall worth the money.
Really great bed sturdy well built Ionly had it for a few day so far all good. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because it's more off white in real life than white but I don't mind. But great value for money & would recommend anyone to purcahse it's good quality and loads of storage. I read in some of the reviews they had nothing to put at the bottom of the storage but I was give a sheet u can stick on and it really good. Also driver was polite, customer service and response were great they answered all my question in quick time.If your looking for an ottoman this a bargain for the price you pay. If anyone was wondering I got a standard double in white.

I am very impressed with the LUNA Ottoman bed. I’ve ended up ordering five of these in total across two different orders because the quality is so consistent. The faux leather looks great, the storage is a lifesaver, and they are very comfortable to sleep on. Assembly was straightforward and didn't take much time at all. I'll be coming back for more!
