Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 working days to PayPal-confirmed addresses. You will receive tracking details once dispatched.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery is to the kerbside. For flats/apartments, delivery is to the main entrance. Large or palletised items will be delivered to kerbside only, as this is the maximum coverage under the carrier’s insurance policy.

All deliveries are insured at no extra cost. To ensure coverage:

• You must check all boxes before signing for delivery.
• If there is any visible damage, sign as DAMAGED.
• Do NOT sign unchecked or "check later" — this voids the insurance.
• If the item is damaged but packaging appears fine, you must photograph the packaging and retain it until the issue is resolved.
• Discarding the packaging before confirming the item’s condition may prevent us from replacing it under insurance.
